Doesnt properly save files

Intuitive enough to use I guess, but it isnt properly saving my files. It changes colors and palettes seemingly at random. Even though my saved file shows the colors I want in my saved patterns, it will not open with the proper colors. Considering I bought it to test out warp/weft ideas in patterns, this is a big problem.

Overpriced and starting to regret the purchase.

And then they want to charge you even more for add ons for things that should be included.
